Q: Is there lye in your soap?

A: Yes. It is impossible to make soap without lye (sodium hydroxide). When the soap has finished the curing process, there is not a trace of lye (sodium hydroxide) in the finished product. .

Q: What is the difference between “all natural” and “almost natural” soap?

A: The “all natural” soap has essential oils added for fragrance which makes it 100% natural. The “almost natural” soap is 98% natural. It has the same ingredients as the “all natural” soap but has a man-made fragrance oil added for fragrance.

Q: How do I use the felted soap?

A: It is basically a washcloth around a bar of soap. After each use put the felted soap on a soap dish so it dries out between use. After the soap is gone the felting makes a great scrubber for the sink or bathtub.
